Description
Stracciatella is a cheese produced from Italian buffalo milk in the province of Foggia, located in the southern Italian region of Apulia, using a stretching and a shredding technique. The cheese is composed of small shreds and white in colour. The taste of Stracciatella cheese is similar to that of the mozzarella, mild and a little sour with a creamy consistency.
