Can I schedule my order for a later date?

Yes. Simply add a note in the Comments section on the Checkout page. Please note, if no date is specified, it will be shipped the next business day.

Can I click and collect?

Yes, our click and collect service is available 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday). Same day orders available if placed before 9am.

Payment options

For online purchases, currently you can pay using your Visa and Mastercard.

Can I check the status of my order?

We will notify you via your registered email address as your order progresses. If you require specific information, please contact us here.

Can I cancel my order?

We work quickly to prepare your order, so if you need to make a change, we suggest you get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please contact us here.

Delivery Times

Deni Grocer dispatches orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your order is placed with us before 12pm (AEDT), we will ship it next business day between 9am-5pm. Otherwise orders placed after 12pm (AEDT) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. For Sydney Metro, orders should arrive day of dispatch, please allow extra time for Greater Sydney.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is FREE for orders over $149 to Sydney Metro Areas. If your order is under $149, delivery is $15 ex. GST.

What if no one is home?

No problem, most of our customers aren’t home when we deliver their order. Our sustainable packaging is guaranteed to keep your food cool for 24 hours from delivery. When placing your order, we ask that you add in any delivery instructions on what to do if you’re not home to accept your delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What do I do with the packaging?

Deni Grocer has a Sustainable Packaging Practice. We use recyclable and some biodegradable packaging materials to help minimise our carbon footprint.

Our Woolcool Food Protectors are 100% felted sheep’s wool which is washed in a natural process, scoured then sealed within recyclable industry grade micro-perforated polyethylene wrap. This can enable you to recycle/reuse the wool liners in a number of ways including use for picnic hampers,craft projects or pet baskets.
If you’re not looking to re-use the Woolcool Liners, simply remove the plastic liner that can be put in with the standard plastic recycling, then just put the wool liner into either a compost bin or dig into the soil in your garden as the wool will release valuable nitrates back into the soil as it breaks down. Some local authorities will accept the wool in household garden waste bins, it is just a matter of checking with your local council to find out what recycling facilities are available in your area. Even if the wool is disposed in general waste, it will breakdown in a landfill.

Our gel ice packs are non-toxic and the gel is suitable to dispose of in any sink with running water. The outer shell is kerbside recyclable.

The cardboard boxes you receive your order in is recyclable in your household bin.
