Description
Originating in northern Italy’s Lombardy region, bresaola is air-dried, salted beef that has been slowly aged for three months that contributes to the dark red almost purple colour. It has been produced with topside beef and is lean and tender, with a sweet, musty smell. Perfect for antipasto platters, or just enjoyed on its own.
