Description
Manchego is a cheese made in the La Mancha region of Spain from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed. Manchego has a rich golden colour with a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture, containing small, unevenly distributed air pockets. The intense flavour and crumbly texture make it an ideal table cheese.
