Description
Free range Pork belly salted & cured for a period no less then 2-3 months depending on the size of the belly, covered with dolce vita secret herb & spice mix. Use it in recipes such as our spaghetti carbonara, or in a traditional Bolognese ragu. A little crisp-fried pancetta can add richness to a macaroni cheese or saltiness to a warm salad.
