Description
Provolone Dolce is a traditional Italian cow’s milk cheese which is aged for 2-3 months. A semi-hard cheese, Provolone Dolce has a pale yellow to white colour and sweet taste. Enjoy with tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives and hearty bread drizzled with olive oil. Roll thin slices for antipasto trays. Grate and add to your favorite pizzas, frittata or tossed salads as well as to melt on top of sandwiches and soups.
